Foreign citizens (not fluent in Russian) entering Irkutsk State Transport University for preparatory courses
To draw up an invitation to study, a foreign citizen must submit from June 01, 2023 to the e-mail: bogatov_my@irgups.ru the following documents and information:
- Copy of a passport
- Application for training
- The place of birth and the address of permanent residence.
You must have the following documents with you:
- A document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen (a passport).
- Notarized translation of a passport into Russian.
- State standard document on secondary (full) general or secondary vocational education (the original).
- Notarized translation of the education certificate into Russian.
- 8 photos, matte.
- Medical certificate # 086/U (original).
- Fluorography.
- HIV certificate.
Foreign citizens (applicants) entering Irkutsk State Transport University in all areas of the main educational programs
To draw up an invitation to study, a foreign citizen must submit from June 01, 2020 through the e-mail: bogatov_my@inbox.ru the following documents and information:
- Copy of a passport.
- Application in Russian for admission to study at IrGUPS (the application must contain the full name of the specialty)
- Copy of a state standard document on secondary (full) general or secondary vocational education (copy)
- Applicant’s place of birth and the address of permanent residence
For entrance exams, an applicant should arrive at IrGUPS in the period according to the schedule of examinations.
You must have the following documents with you:
- A document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen (a passport)
- Notarized translation of a passport into Russian
- Original application in Russian for admission to IrGUPS (the application must contain the full name of the specialty)
- Originals of education documents and all required appendices indicating the subjects studied and the grades obtained in exams (points) in these subjects
- Certified as required by law, notarized translation of a document into Russian of a foreign state on education and its appendixes (if such appendixes are provided for by the legislation of the state that issued the document on education)
- 8 photos, matte
